I haven't wakeboarded behind mine yet since I have a buddy with a Tige now. But the wake behind my 619 looks suprisingly decent at wakeboarding speeds (22-25mph). Nice shape and size (for a fishing boat) for wakeboarding. Do yourself a favor whatever you get is put a pylon on that will get over the top of the motor. It is amazing how much easier it is to get up on skies or a board as compared to pulling off the back eyes, when you've got just a bit of elevation on the rope. I'm not saying you need one of the big 8 ft jobbers, but something to clear the motor is a big deal.

I used to use a 94 Sylvan with a 150 Evinrude on it for wakeboarding. I would fill the livewell and throw about 500lbs of sand in it plus a few guys to try and get a bigger wake. Pulled boarders up with a lot of power to spare.
