Nice job! Been planning a similar setup for my alumacraft tournament 185. Looks like you welded the frame with square tubing and angle iron? Steel or alum? Welder,gas or wire fed? Then used carpeted plywood for the top/hatches sides and front leaving the back and bottom open to save wieght I assume? What type of hinges? How heavy is it?
