awesome find!...there are some great threads on here of esox ltd/ marauder overhauls that might be helpful...I redid a esox ltd last spring and added a rear casting platform...I was able to move the control panel far enough forward to where it was out of the way of the platform and didn't cover up the access hole for the livewell pumps...I am not sure if that would work on a magnum or not...I will try to post some pics of it when I get a chance...I can see from your pics that the flooring is rotted...how is the transom?...what about the front deck and sidetanks?...you should post pics of your progress...there are some very helpful/clever folks on here to trouble shoot any issues with...have fun
