almost got one for my new yamaha as i also bought a new trailer and it didn't have a roll bar to fix the transom saver. asked the dealer about them and was told yamaha's warranty is void if a traditional transom saver is not used. not sure if that is true or how they would know if you do or do not use one but i stuck with a transom saver. had to put a mount for it on my new trailer..which was easy. the my wedge does look like it would be a lot easier that is for sure, assuming their concept works. makes sense to me.
