Sorry Ranger,

Yesterday I had a customer call claiming defective screws. Upon inspecting the problem, I discovered they were putting 15#'s of torq on a screw that's rated for 4#'s. I just get sick of people blaming product when 99% of the time it's their own damn fault [:knockout:]
