I'm guessing you sucked something up. The heat from the engine should be enough to keep the flow going. But if you store it inside, turn the heat on and let it drain and check it the next day.

My guess is injestion. What kind of motor is it? Check your inlet screens on your lower unit. Take a coat hangar or something along the lines of .040 wire and GENTLY run it up your "pee" hole (ouch!) and see if something is lodged in there. That's the easiest thing to do. Beyond that, there's a few places crud can collect- poppit valves, theromstats being likely candidates.
