Location: Kodiak, AK		When tightening? No. Not unless you're a mondo wimp, in which case you shouldn't be changing your oil in the first place. Be sure to lube the gasket with oil, and you'll go past that quarter turn so easily, you'll want to give it a full turn. I usually go half-three quarter past contact.
