As stated the Eagle & Lowrance are made by the same company.

The major difference in the two is the Lowrance has more fine tuning capabilities. If you want a basic unit and you rarely touch the buttons, the Eagles are fine, if you what to go from manual setting to a certain adjustment or mode, then the Lowrance will do that better than the Eagle (if the Eagle can do that at all).
