Okay thanks I always thought that you should rig them to a seperate battery. the person i bought the boat from had the front fish finder and some other things going to one battery and had the trolling motor going to both batteries...

Sorry to keep going but I got another question. I got a onboard charger and am going to run 3 optima blue tops (one of them is the newer bigger one) is that going to cause a problem with them charging correctly or is that fine?
