Location: Otsego, MN		For shaft length you will want to go 60" there will be times when it matters. I had a 618vs with a Terrova 80lb with the 60" shaft. I could have easily gone 54" but opted for the 60". There was times this year is came in to play. Like mentioned earlier in the posts go with the biggest trolling motor you can afford, for your rig. Your trolling motor is your number one tool when casting for 12 hours in a day.
