I have the 2003 115 4 stroke, and i run stabilizer in the motor for 10 minutes, and thats it. dont drain the fuel...

I was also told not to fog these motors because of the fuel injectors, dont remember why exactly... just put some oil into the cylinders and turn the fly wheel..

also change the lower unit oil, and thats it... have had it for 3 years, starts perfect every spring...
