I'm selling my boat because of the damage to it (pictures below). I live on LOTW and if you've been here you know how rough it can get. If I can't get what I want for it, is it repairable? Pretty simple here, either repair it, or trade it in/sell it. I'd be interested in a tiller, getting rid of the motor that's on it now, and converting it. The reasons for that are two-fold. First off, I'd have a tiller, enough said. Second, the area of damage is ONLY right below the driver console. I think If I were to move my position to the rear, it wouldn't get that type of damage to that area.

I'm really looking for imput here, this is a very hard decision. This isn't my first boat, but it holds many memories. Any and all imput welcome!!
