| Of course if they weld something like that up, you have to have some kind of support truss built into the frame of the boat, one that supports 3/4 ton + whatever engineering says it weighs when we hit those aging interstate gouges. I'm thinking on the whale, it would be around 2-2.5 ton minimum.
Maybe we could use some kind of aircraft strap support with truck springs and shock absorbers above it. I am not sure however that we could ever solve the "deadly missile" launch configuration if we ever did some kind of head on.
