Wow! You did a great job on the rebuild. You've created 5x more storage. I rebuilt the floor and one bunk in my Tuffy Esox Ltd, so I know how much work went into this project.

How did you add foam back to the bunks? It looks like the entire length of the bunks are storage compartments now. Are you worried about the lack of flotation foam in your boat? I know my bunks were full of foam, and the floor had hardly any. When I redid my boat, I filled the floor and bunks with foam. Now I wish I would have created more storage compartments.
