For those of you who answered my questions, I thank you, I could not have done this without your help. For those of you looking to do this, please ask questions and maybe I can help. I started this project during the winter of 2009 and finished in July of 2009. This the biggest little boat I have ever fished out of and the biggest little project I have ever completed. This was a complete rebuild from the transom up to, but not including the front deck.
