| It only take a small amount of carbon on a spark plug to fowl it, So if you do a lot of trolling you will get more carbon deposits on the pistons and plugs and increase fowling, I doubt your injectors are bad it is rare that all would go at the same time but you could have one bad one, I would start by changing the plugs. also it is important to note you must index the plugs when you install them. Take a black marker and draw a 1" line on the white insulator, gap side of the ground. the line must be pointed within 30deg of the fuel injector or the new plugs won't get a clean shot of fuel and ignition will fail. (The old plugs should be indexed) if they aren't that could be the source of the problem, and DO NOT over tighten the plug to get it close the plug has a metal gasket for seating to the head and doesn't need to be over tightened. Also a big issue lately if bad fuel check for water in your fuel!! | |
