Location: Tomahawk, WI | I agree with Mark. My 690, the Tempest 21 pitch is great for hole shot and mid range, i also tried the Trophy 4 blade 23 pitch and it performed poorly, terrible holeshot but great bowlift and top end speed.
Mark, have you ever tried a 23 pitch Tempest on a 690? if so what was the results? RPM's?
I just upgraded my 175 EFI to a 175 Opti and thinking i could turn the 23 pitch because i can hit 5800-5900 RPM's with this new OPTI with the 21 pitch.
