With todays market, search the used boat classifieds.

This spring purchased a used Ranger 690vs and believe me, saved a considerable amount vs last years used market. The boat was not utilized to it's full potentional, as I added (3) graphs, keel gaurd, seats and a new Terrova along with some other add ons, but I knew this at the intial purchase.

My last two primary boats I had purchased new, kept the last one for 11 years and served me well, but was lucky that model gained in popularity along with the new sticker price. When I sold her this spring my out of pocket loss from an 11 year ownership was minimal.

In todays market, purchase used and you may be pleastantly surprised at the cost savings you can find.
