Ifishskis, I think he's just talking about the rubber end cap on bearing buddies. Sounds like you have a little too much grease in there if the cap will not go back on. Also clean the inside of the cap good and the outside of the bearing buddy to get the two to "stick" together. When you press it back on push in the middle to try and get the extra air out so it will seat a little farther on. If it still will not stay on the rubber may be starting to get a little old and dry, then you'll just have to buy a new set of rubber caps. They're pretty cheap.
