Location: Des Moines IA		Got my '02 70 horse Suzi in the shop right now, sputters at full throttle, bogs down for a second then runs right up to full rpm only to sputter and then bog down again. The Suzi doctor plugged it in, says there's nothing wrong with it, but he hasn't had it at full throttle either? Anybody have similar issues with a 4 stroke?
