Subject: Can anyone help with networking lowrance electronics...???

I bought all of my supplies for networking an lcx-17 to a globalmap 5200c. What I ended up doing was connection my 3 T's together so they were all in a line and then put the 120 ohm plugs on the very two ends of the group of T's on the top 3 spots left from each T I connected the gps pod to one T, the other went to the Lcx-17, and the last spot was for the globalmap. All of the supplies were the newer stuff and it is a model 3000 pod and I ended up just buying a adapter cable that went into the back of the 17. (This is what Cabela's told me to do.)The problem is my 17 just says gps signal not acquired or something like that. What did I do wrong? Why wont it work?
