| Wondering if anyone here runs an Alumacraft Navigator 165 Tiller with a 2 stroke 60hp motor? If so, what is your high end on speed? I just found an inexpensive motor upgrade for my 2001 Alumacraft 165 Navigator. I had a 2000 Johnson 2 stroke 40 hp which was way underpowered for this boat which I knew when I bought it. I just upgraded to a 20001 2 stroke 60 hp. (Max HP for this boat) . I would have loved to get a 4 stroke but, I will did not want to spend the money. I will only have this boat another couple years.
