Just read this same post and after doing so got out the White vinegar and water. I would say that I over did it on the vinegar but yes it worked. I used a toothbrush. And for the toucher spots a cheap scouring pad. I would recomend the cheap one though it seams to be much less abrasive than say your scotch pad. It didn't take much. When the scum still was not coming off I'd let the solution sit for a bit then come back to it. If I still had a trouble area I got out the shower cleaner. Only took 4 hours to wash the whole boat with a toothbrush. But now she's beautiful. Don't know if it matter I was washing a 17' LUND. I don't know if the suggestions differ for fiberglass.
