Location: The desert		If it makes you feel any better one of my honda motors has a similar problem. I was told it needed to be jetted. He had our boat for darn near a year and didnt do anything, free storage I guess. Just yesterday I had to take it into a different shop as I have what I believe to be lower unit grease up in the cowling. Looked all milky so I'm almost certain we've lost a seal somewhere. That motor is nothing but a hunk of junk.
