Location: syracuse indiana		it all depends on the motor.. mine did that when i bought her 5 yrs ago. she would not go on plane. at all. but to my surprise one of the fuel pumps on the optimax took a crap and wouldnt put enough fuel in to run it at high rpm's....bill
