Location: Iowa		After you charge your batteries, how does your trolling motor perform?

My friends boat did kind of the same on a triple charger but it was only one of the batteries that would do what you described and it ended being the battery was bad.

Another thing to check is the water level in the battery if it is not a gel type.

I would bet it's something to do your with your batteries before your on-board charger.
