Try the guys who "pimp my ride". Or at least your local automotive audio shop for your custom job. They have a variety of blank stock mterial they can work with. I'm headed to sound advantage in Chicago this week for a custom face plate to go with a new stereo in my boat. I'd like to see what else gets posted.
