Location: Rhinelander		Hodag, I would take it out to Jim at Duke's Outboards. Even though its a Mercury he is very knowledgable and helpful on issues like this, and reasonable! There is a lot of great info posted here, but he can actually see what you have, ask a few questions and probably test for a spun hub.
