Location: Indiana		I bought a second draw bar for my receiver. For towing I used a 3" drop. At the problem ramps I swapped to a 2" raise. It made a big difference.

I also considered flipping my where my axle mounted on the leafsprings. That would have given me a 4" lift on the trailer. Ended up getting a new boat for other reasons so never ended up doing this though.
