Well I dipped it in the water to see if that would help...it didn't.....maybe it was because the water was 83 stinking degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!! so much for the water "cooling" down the plastic so it doesn't torque as much. Will need to try it this fall in the cold water.


Still looking for something sticky/tacky to spray.......
