Hey thanks for this thread. Now after 4 years with scotty flush mounts last week my flat line rod holder started popping out. Thanks for the jinx. I think you are right it's with bigger baits. I will try getting it wet. When mine pops it almost looks like the rod and holder are going to go into the lake.
