I FEEL YOUR PAIN!

My scotty's do it too. Especially on the rods at the greatest angle (perpendicular) to the direction of the boat. Throw in a high dragging lure like a slammer and some speed like 3.5-4 and the torque twists the holders right up and out of the flush mounts. I have been racking my brain to think of a tacky substance I could add to increase the friction on the teeth but haven't come up with anything. I tried adding grip tape but not enough clearance.

Anyone have a tacky spray that would work??
