Location: Kodiak, AK		I'm with the above couple of posts as well. Skip the silicone, just get the bunks wet and find the sweet spot. Mine, I like to get it to where the outter bunks are just sticking out of the water. This allows me to slide the boat up at idle, and then winch on from there without powerloading.
