Location: The desert | I will say this about Honda....We just recently got one of out boats back from "The Boat Dude". He had the boat since roughly last June. Our Honda 50 had some problem in it and there are ZERO Honda Dealers/Mechanics in this part of the world, at least within reasonable driving distances. So my caution would be that some of the bigger motor companies may have more service/mechanics in places that may not have Honda mechanics. Just another thing to think about. If something goes wrong with a Merc or Yamaha in a less populated area, you'll have a better shot at a mechanic that can fix them as opposed to someone who can fix a Honda. |
