The bass boat guys like to see it above 13 or so while up on plane, but that's all the way up on a plate. I'd say you're OK too, though the idle pressure sounds a bit on the low side. That said, I'd worry most about on-plane speed, and as long as you're not getting an alarm at idle, roll with it.
