Using a 9.9 kicker on an 1850 you will get a max of about 6 mph. You can change props and I think that will speed it up or slow it down a bit depending on what you put on it for a pitch probably not alot though. I have a dealer putting a prop on my kicker this spring that will bring my speed up at lower rpms. I do not like the gardern tractor sound when I am trolling at 4 plus mph for muskies.
