I also have the 90hp four-stroke Suzuki and have no problems. Quick on plane although I need to adjust my prop to get a bit more on the top end. Might get around to that this year and I expect to get close to 40 mph as well.

The low sides and mammoth front deck make it an ideal muskie boat! Good luck.
