Nope, I want to be as close to the water as possible. Both for figure-8's, and releasing fish in the water. It looked like the floor in the Lund was down a little farther in the Lund then in the Ranger, but the hull may be higher. Hard to till how it would work in the show room.

I like to be as close to the water as I can be. Easier to work with the fish both from
a catching standpoint and from a releasing standpoint. Still you need a boat that can handle big water if you fish big lakes.
