One thing to consider in a bass boat is that you need to strap everything down whenever you want to run from sport to spot. I have a Lund 1900 Pro V and I can lay rods, lures, etc on the floor and run all day and not worry about gear flying out of the boat. Any deep V style boat for that matter would be the same.
