I have a 17' 2" Crestliner wiht a 90HP Suzuki and my garage is 20' deep. I have a swing tongue on my trailer and have about 2" to spare with the tongue stowed. The swing portion of the tongue is 18" long so you need a minimum garage depth of 21.5' assuming you do not have extra length on the toungue of your trailer. 22' is probably a non issue with almost any trailer style.
