Location: Davenport, IA		I had a similar issue w/ my 115 Johnson...ended up being a fuel pump. Try this...if the engine is running and starts getting rough, squeeze the bulb. I figured it was the fuel pump because it would start running rough and squeezing the bulb would fix it for a few seconds.
