Location: Rhinelander		I agree with Steve.....I have the same problem when the starter battery gets low. Doesn't take long with fishing most of the day and not starting the big motor while running the locator, lights, radio, live well etc.......

When one does turn the key for the motor, most times there is a voltage drop and the locator shuts down. Still enough juice for starting but the locator doen't like the drop.
