The wiring goes from the batteries to the back of the Marinco plate. It's possible the female connection has some problems, test for 24 coming out of that panel. Pull the panel, check all connections on the back, and test all connections for 12V. Then plug in your motor and test the leads on the plug by removing the sleeve. Make sure you have a black/24 volt plug, and the wiring in pos/24/- neg/neg. If you are not getting power from the plug, but have power at the plate, it's either your Marinco female conntecion or the plug. Check the 'burn bar' in the plug for a dark spot, too.
