In reply to your problem, I have purchased a new boat approx. every two years for the last 14 years. The exception is last year when I went with a high quality used rig, that if purchased new, would have been unattainable for me even with the help of my dealer and Ranger Boats. With that said, I have to tell you that you are receiving great service. I have never and I repeat never had even one of my new rigs that has not had some kind of problem, where I didn't have to take it back to the dealer for some type of repair. This includes Starcraft, Fisher, Skeeter, & Ranger. You have to remember that these things go on the water and are treated roughly. No smooth roads to drive on like a car does. Most vehicles have recalls as well. Very few products are as complicated as boats and motors. If you got that kind of service on Memorial day weekend, I would not even think of going any where else. This is fabulous service. Give them another chance, I think you will be more than pleased. By the way I do not represent Tuffy in any way, Just thought I should let you know that they are taking care of you. I may have to talk to Steve and to Heckels about a ride next time I am going to buy. Sounds like a great bunch of folks to be associated with.
