| This kind of falls into the 'tackle and equipment' and 'boats and motors' categories, so I thought I'd put it here.
To everyone who is using 8.5 and longer (non-telescoping) rods, how many of you have rod lockers that can hold these things? Are you finding you can make modifications to your lockers, maybe cut off ends of rod tubes? Or some lockers longer than rated? I like to keep my stuff below deck, and I'm looking for a new boat, AND I'd like to add a few rods longer than my current 8 footers. Am I SOL? I know some Tuffies hold 8.5, what else? | |
