Location: Athens, Ohio		Sometimes, bum batteries will come off the shelf. Do you have another one you can hook up temporarily to check it against? Fuses and circuit breakers are highly suspect at these times, see if there is a small box on the + terminal. It may have a small black tab sticking out. Push it in to reset. m
