| Seems to me like maxing it out would be the best idea, regardless of your brand choice. Higher horsepower results in a more efficient motor at cruising speeds, gives you a higher top-end speed when you need or want it, and will help your resale when the time comes.
I guess if you want a very quiet motor, I'd go with a 175 4-stroke. If you want performance, it's the Opti XS. If there's a very significant price difference between the two, I suppose I'd go with the cheaper one since performance will be good enough (for the girls I go out with, anyway). | |
