Location: Lincolnshire, IL | I am happy with the performance of the 150 Optimax on my 1860 Angler...before I would choose the 175 Pro XS, I guess I would need to see a performance bulletin and then weigh the xtra Cost $$$. My 150 with a 3 blade tempest plus turns 4400 rpms and 48 mph, that will vary by load etc...I have seen as low as 46 mph and as high as 50 mph at WOT. There might be a better prop but I haven't felt the need to play with it... So how much more $$$ will the 175 Pro XS and what type of performance gains could one expect? |
