Finally got through to Lowrance. She said I need a new transducer and she will send me one but I'll have to pay for it since I'm out of warrenty. No way,She tried to tell me that my warrenty ran out in March. I told her that was impossible because I didn't even buy the boat and package until June. Does the warrenty start when the dealer puts it on his shelf,I don't think so. She finally relented and agreed to cover it under warrenty.
