Just picked up a used boat with a merc 125. It 's the one that drops from 4to2 when below 2000 or so r.p.m. Any thoughts or pointers on this motor. The previous owner ran merc oil. Should i continue to run that or switch to injex or amsoil. I was told with amsoil it won't smoke as bad.
